Our History

AZ Inferno Soccer Club was founded in 2006 by Scott Arsenault to help fill the need for a more challenging level of youth soccer training in the North Phoenix Valley. In 2007, Edson Rico and Mate Kozul joined into the club program to use their professional European training and playing backgrounds, and years of both youth and adult training experience, to start building a strong tradition of balancing challenging training with developing a love of the game of soccer. In 2010, Roger Salazar also joined into the club, bringing with them their national professional and semi-professional soccer experiences to share with the teams and players. The competitive program has grown to include a multitude of male and female teams, ranging in age from U7 up through U17, and is working to continue bringing a quality training program to as many dedicated youth soccer players in the North Phoenix Valley as possible.
